- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible experience. Made an appointment here for 11am on Saturday, arrived and the old man at the front had no idea what was going on. He said he didn't have me down for an appointment and suggested that I call other places to see if I had made my appointment elsewhere. I doubled checked my call log and sure enough had called this location to make an appointment for my taxes. Now I have to prepare my taxes myself because of an H&R Block mistake and hopefully I do them correctly. Not happy at all about this.By Kyle McCrate, September 27, 2017
